The media could not be loaded. This pillow is really great! I need extra support for my neck and shoulders, and I decided to give this pillow a try. I admit that it takes some getting used to. I only slept on it for 2/3 of the night the first night. However, I noticed that my hands went numb when I woke up after switching back to my old pillow. I decided to give it another try, and haven't switched back since. I have slept on it for a full week since I got it, after letting it sit for a day and a half to restore its shape after being compressed in the box. I have slept so well. I am a side sleeper, and the grooves on the side are perfect for resting my arm. My 3rd night sleeping on it my Fitbit gave me a sleep score of 90! That is the highest I have gotten in at least 6 months.The first few nights I put it in a pillowcase, but it kept slipping out of it. I inspected it closer and noticed that it comes with a pillowcase already on it that is soft and cooling. You can unsnap the middle, and then unzip it from the top and wash it. It is way more comfortable with it's original pillowcase. It has a cooling effect, which is really nice, especially since I live in Arizona and it is starting to warm up.I usually don't like memory foam pillows because they seem to flatten where I need support. This one is soft and comfortable, while also keeping it's shape where it is needed for support.Overall, I highly recommend trying this pillow out!

I would totally suggest this pillow because it’s super comfy. I sleep on my side, and it worked great. I woke up feeling refreshed. For the price, it’s a pretty awesome deal. The shape might feel a little weird at first, but once you figure out your arm placement, you should be very comfortable. Just give it about a day after you take it out and wash the pillowcase so the smell disappears and the pillow will puff up nice and full.

Very comfortable and I love that it stays cool

I am so happy I purchased this product! I have herniated discs in my neck and back. As time goes on, it is been increasingly difficult to sleep in a comfortable position. Pillows only seem to aggravate the situation, and I wake with a very sore neck.Since purchasing this cervical pillow, I have had less pain in my neck and it’s getting better every time I use it! It is ergonomically correct and it keeps me feeling comfortable sleeping on my back, which is not easy for me to do as I like to side sleep. But even on my side, my neck is positioned correctly and feels like pillow is keeping my neck in place.I highly recommend this product!

Resting arm space is not like in picture. I bought because to keep my arm under pillow so, I avoid my body presser on my shoulder and not have shoulder pain. I am side sleeper.I have very bad shoulder pain because of side sleep and not used to sleep flat.

Didn't help my neck at all, in fact it made it worse. But still it's a comfy pillow. I use it instead on my recliner.

I recommend giving it at least 24 hrs for the packaging smell to air out and the pillow to puff up after being compressed in the package. I have fallen asleep quickly and slept all night using this pillow. I’m mostly a side sleeper and it’s very comfortable on either side. This is a great price for a pillow like this! The shape takes a little getting used to, but it cradles your face nicely and is quite comfortable.

I have been for 2 weeks and 5 days now and it has been great. I was diagnosed with moderate to severe spinal cervical stenosis from C2-C7 in December 2024 and have had increased neck pin with my current pillows. I’ve tried at least 3 different types of pillows and this one so far has given me the most consistent comfort. I’m sleeping well and my neck feels Comfortable and I’m not having as much numbness or tingling into my arms! I love the feel of it, so soft yet firm enough to keep my neck and head in the right position. That keeps my neck from moving while sleeping. I also love the space under the “wings” of the pillow to allow me to tuck my arms under pillow when I sleep on my side without shifting the pillow like I would with a regular pillow!(which then lifts the pillow and moves my head position. So far I’m happy with rapids. Relief and support it has given me.
