Q: Will this permanently correct hammer toe problem over time?

The Zen Toes may be saving my life by allowing me to walk; the Zen Toes help me to correct issues resulting from a minor stroke. It left the 3 little toes like claws curled under, and the 4th toe next to the big toe is a hammer toe. My understanding is that nothing but surgery will make my toes normal again. At my age - 76 - that is not an option. I use Zen Toes for pain management so I can walk. Not walking and no exercise will take me to another stroke. My efforts include cutting the three toes down to 2 one toes with bottom intact. Also I used one of the sets by cutting two of the top circles off and wrapping my little toe with them. I use the 1 circle connected to the bottom on the toe next to the little toe and the bottom part lifts all the smaller toes for relief. You can see this is a work in progress. I thank God daily for the genius who came up with Zen Toes!

Q: In the pack of four, can each one be worn on either foot?

I see answers here that contradict each other. The photos only show the left one - 4 times! Some of these answers say they are 4 identical pieces, other answers say that a 4-pack really means 2 pairs, because the left and right ARE IN FACT DIFFERENT. This modern world, where I have to read answers from idiots to even find out what a product IS - I was born a century late! ZenToes and Amazon should get their act together and represent this product correctly on the display page, but instead they are foisting that task off on their customers, who ARE NOT doing a good job.

Q: do they work with flipflops?

Yes they will still work well with flaps. Bc they are not connected to the big toe at all. They will be visible but comfy.

Q: Do you have a 4 pack with either left or right side only?

Flips to right to left. Keeps it toes on left from getting worse and keeps right toes from even curling.
