Nice kit, great for starting someone new to soldering on a budget. The solder sucker is a great addition I wish I'd had. Overall, it gets hot, it melts solder, it works, its inexpensive, it looks alright, what more do you need?

I ordered this awhile ago but never had a need to use it until last weekend. I used to solder for my job many, many years ago and I was very happy to see that this station works exactly like the ones I used back in the day so I was able to set it up and go to work without needing the instructions. That being said the booklet is clear and understandable which is very helpful especially, if you're a novice. It comes with the solder and what we always called a "Solder sucker" and both are good quality. The only issue I had was the lamp part I was soldering was a bit heavy so the clips that are supposed to hold items in place weren't very steady and kept moving making the project a little more difficult because I had to hold the lamp piece with my hand. Otherwise this is a really nice station and even though I probably won't have a use for it too often, it's nice knowing I have it and when I need it I know it'll help me get the job done.

It's better then most I've had. It heats up quick. Super easy to control. P It preforms as intended. Its easy to use and for cleaning. Its great product for the hobbyist. for your DIY projects this is really good product. Works great. Sleep mode works well.It heats quickly and works on higher temperature as well.

Initially, I thought that this set was a great buy. After using it once, I noticed that the tips did not fully tighten though, and would spin in the end of the iron. The second time I used it, the iron completely snapped in half, causing me to burn my forearm with a 400°C soldering iron. Not a great feeling. I'm awaiting a response from Amazon/the seller.My advice is to skip this set and look for a better quality (more expensive) iron kit. If this is what you can afford, either save more, or go to Harbor Freight with a coupon. You'll get a better quality soldering iron, and if anything happens to it, they'll take it back and give you a new one.

I loved the size of the solder Station and the build quality the digital display screen is amazing being able to adjust the heat levels very easy while working come with different Variety of tips very fast and easy to switch out plus the solder

After couple of hours of research I found this soldering equipment fit for my DIY projects. This soldering station displays the temperature. Soldering station heats quickly in couple of minutes to the desired temperature for the required soldering projects. Build wise the soldering station is good and has multiple functions in soldering along with provided essential items. It comes with essential items like 5 different tips, tweezer, screw driver, tip cleaner, sponge, solder wire, and many more. I am happy with my purchase as this digital soldering equipment is of great help in my DIY projects.

I've always wanted a soldering station & had to solder over 100 connectors for a work project and this was perfect. It heats up so fast & if you leave it on without using, it automatically shuts down & when you pick it back up it reheats in seconds. I used it at 630 degrees which worked perfect for my use.
