Overall excellent product. Good amplification yet sensitive to environmental noise. Connects via Bluetooth effortlessly to a wide array of sources. Occasional whistle damped immediately by a double tap on the earbud.Battery life is about half a day, but they charge quickly in the case.I had one trouble: The app, downloaded from Play Store, showed the earbuds as disconnected, so the app no longer worked. I fixed this by downloading the app from the QR code in the directions. This version resets the earbuds and solves problem.

These are amazing at any price! I paid almost a thousand dollars each (plus the additional amount my insurance paid) for each 'pro audiologist provided' hearing aid and these are better! The product's app that is part of this system provides a professional grade hearing test and customizes the sound of these aids perfectly. The app also controls the functionality exactly as it should.

I had high hopes for these hearing aids. Upon receiving them, I fully charged them while reading all the directions. I then set them up per instructions and and easily connected to Bluetooth. First one would stop working then start working then the other would stop and start and this continued the entire time I used them. This is very frustrating so I sent an email to the seller. After one day with zero response from them I sent them another email through their site. I tried a third time to get them to respond but now 4 days later, they have never responded. Bottom line, even when they were working, they didn't help my hearing as well as my old hearing aids, even at full volume.

I was ready to return this hearing aid but gave it one more try. Because of the specs, this is a professional grade advanced hearing aid. The Kingwell app to control the aids is buggy so be patient. The app kept saying I wasn't connected. When I finally had Bluetooth connected, I tried to do hearing test, but it was difficult. I went to "request assistance" and was able to download my current audiogram results. Because of noise suppression the sound doesn't seem loud. Soft sounds may be missing. I did the TV test. I turned down the sound and then increased the TV volume slowly until I could understand the speech. Audiogram allowed my high frequency hearing loss to be compensated. I gave 4 stars because the setup was difficult.Addendum: After using this aid for one week, I realized the voice quality was poor. Twice I couldn't understand someone on the phone. I realized that I was using subtitles to understand speech on the TV. Voice recognition was poor. The adjustments on the Bluetooth app didn't seem to change anything. Good concept but bad execution. New rating is 2 stars.

I followed the simple directions in It's quick start folder. Had no problems downloading the app. Did the apps hearing test twice got the same results and downloaded it to the earbuds.Wow! They worked great and the app gives you the ability to adjust them at anytime. The phone feature worked great as well.

get the app. on the phone, and leave it on. keep having to adjust the hearing.

I liked them overall however I had some issues with feedback noise, perhaps because no matter what cup I used i couldn't get them to stay firm in my ear. Also the design is kind of bulky

Really liked the the look and fit. Had good sound. NO customer service. Set hearing test and tried to reset,didn't seem like any change , and could not adjust the volume. Returned.
