This battery pack has a lot of power behind it. It does take a while to fully charge it, but once fully charged, it has the capacity to fully charge three, maybe four phones. It’s well made and heavy duty and it has a digital display that’s convenient. It comes with the cord to charge it, but it doesn’t come with charging cords for devices. However, I still give it five stars for its power supply alone. It’s a must have for everyday use and an absolute necessity for emergencies. Very highly recommend it!

This is a great charger with LOTS of power. I use this regularly to charge my phone and laptop. I routinely use my laptop and a portable external monitor when I work remotely and this helps keep me powered up through video conferences and other power intensive tasks. While I wish this came in a flat design so it would better fit in my bag it is a great charger overall. I love the fact that it tells me how fast my devices are charging. I also love that I can fully charge it from zero back to 100% in less than two hours with my laptop charger. This is HIGHLY recommended and a great addition for anyone who needs lots of power and the ability to charge multiple devices at once.

I needed a compact and powerful power bank for our trip to Disneyland, and this one was the perfect choice! Just keep in mind that you’ll need to buy a separate cable if you don’t already have one. I love that it has different outputs, so it’s easy to find the right cable for your device. Shipping was very fast, and the charger itself looks really cute and stylish. It’s super small — it even fits in a pocket — but charges amazingly well. We were able to fully charge two phones without any problem. Highly recommend!

Looks like I received a previously used and returned product--the box appeared to be previously opened and the clear protective sheet was not stuck on as if it was from the factory.Performance wise, power capacity was about 13k mAh, as measured by my USB-C tester, but it can be debated regarding accuracy. However, the readings on this power back itself for voltage and current output matched that of the USB-C tester.When operating a speaker that takes 20VDC, the display on this power bank fluctuated from 20V to 5V quite regularly, with the remaining time displayed also fluctuating wildly. I suppose that that would be due to the output power fluctuating.Finally, having discharged and charged this unit a couple of times in an attempt to condition the batteries, it wouldn't charge my Dell laptop via the PD 100W port, after a full charge. Nothing, and that was corroborated by the laptop giving a warning that no charging was occurring through the USB-C port on the laptop. That was the final thing that just contributed to the lack of confidence in this power bank.Returned.

This is sturdy and reliable. It's great for a quick phone re-charge during the day. We've had one about 5 months and it's held up well. One downside is that it is a bit heavy for the size, so don't expect you can put in in your light purse and not feel the difference. Still, worth the weight when that phone battery gets low and you don't have time to charge at home!

very powerful portable charger, has a lot of storage without a lot of bulk, but its not super light--this is good for a phone and a few other devices as needed for extended re-charging sessions. The screen helps make sure it is working as intended!
