Q: Does this have an always on mode or a low voltage trickle charge mode?

From what I experienced, it's either all on or all off, until the charge is depleted. I have found the unit to be reliable and effective.

Use the micro-USB cable comes with the package to charge the power bank. Charging port is located on the side of the portable charger.

It works on my Galaxay phone not sure about any others.
