Best beginner reed intstrument!!!
If you are looking for a reed instrument to play, choose the Venova. It has a sleek design with a branched tube. It is made of plastic. It is easy to learn and youj can even play careless whisper! While Ive been playing the Venova, I recently noticed that I have been getting a lot of squeaks and the instrument is flipping up an octave. To solve this, look for alto saxophone 2 and a half reeds. Take a reed (not the plastic synthetic one) and put it on like regular. It will solve all your problems!

If you like wind instruments, you will enjoy playing this!
It was a gift for my son, and he absolutely loved it. It took him a few minutes to get the hang of it, but he will have it down before long!

This should be called the VeNoWay.
It took 15 minutes to even make one sound with it. I followed multiple YouTube videos, any instructions that came with it, shaped my mouth just so, tried everything. And once you do make a sound, dynamics are not this instrument‘s forte. In fact, this instrument can pretty much only play forte (or mf), so it’s a loud, honky, far-too-difficult-to-play instrument that cost me half of its asking price to ship back to Amazon—since, apparently, the vendor is inconveniently-UNadvertised IN SCOTLAND!One of the worst purchase experiences I’ve ever made.My intentions were good... “I’ll learn a new instrument,” I thought. VeNoWay. I play flutes and whistles, guitars, keys, drums all pretty well. But the only people who enjoyed this purchase were at the US Post Office—$40 to send it back. This was nothing but a waste of time and money for a super awkward, difficult to play, COSTLY TO RETURN instrument. What do you get when you combined PVC plumbing materials with a cheap reed and an intent to build a saxophone? The VeNoNoNoVay.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I prefer a real reed compared to the synthetic that is provided. But nevertheless, so much fun to play!
