Q: What are the dimensions of the box that the pillow arrives in?

It's not that big of a box, the pillow is rolled up nice and tight.

Q: How do you take off the plastic that pillow comes in?

I just tore it off so the pillow could unroll and air. There was no problem with any unpleasant aroma. Oe of the things I like best is the zipper opening to the foam filler so one can personalize the firmness. I kept the removed foam bits in case they become useful in the future.

Q: Are you happy with this pillow?

Yes. It also comes with extra foam but I didn't need it. It is a large pillow and some of my pillowcases are to small for it.

Q: Is this soft plush, medium firm or just firm?

It can actually be all three. It comes with extra foam that you can add for more firmness. I took out some of the foam to make it a bit softer. It’s a great pillow! I would recommend it.
