Quality that might last and not disappoint.
Great value and a useful element to hand exercising.

Grip like a beast.
The media could not be loaded. This set comes with 4 different strengths. There is a handy instruction manual inside which explains the different methods of using the exercisers. The range of strengths means that these are of use to both my partner and I. Whilst neither of us are musicians, nor in need of rehabilitation it is good to have an exerciser to build up strength in the fingers, wrists and forearms. My partner finds that the lightest one is appropriate for the start of her journey as she has very little strength in her little fingers and her grip strength definitely requires improvement. The fact that you can use all four of the triggers together to exercise the whole hand or press each trigger individually to just exercise an individual finger is a really great option as many of the other grip type trainers on the market focus on all of the grip which can mean that the likes of the little finger remain relatively weak compared to the other fingers. I already own several Fitbeast products and have found them all to be of good quality and these finger exercisers carry on that quality tradition.

It's ~85mm wide, and might be too big for some.
The size of this should have been stated more clearly, it's 80mm to 90mm wide (depends on where along the palm side grip measured), which might be too big for smaller hands.Quality-wise it's pretty well built for the price (£13 at time of order, Aug 2024), and doesn't wobble when used. It's working just like new after two months of near daily use of three sets of five reps. The included storage bag is a nice touch, even if it's admittedly low-quality, cheap-feeling.The distribution of load strength is a good spread if you are buying this for a group with different strength, but I don't see much benefit if it's only for an individual. I personally only use the 9lb one, the 3lb & 11lb are too little/much, and the 7lb isn't enough after using it for a couple of weeks. It feels like quite a lot of waste material.

These are amazing for the price.
The media could not be loaded. This is a set of four grip exercisers, each of a different resistance. Each of the four fingers has its own individual spring platform. Using it takes me back to the days of learning trumpet in grade school... this would have been perfect for that. The shape of the palm portion fits so comfortably and does a good job of securing your hold while you do your squeezes. Each finger platform has a very small dip where your fingers can rest comfortably. The shape of the exerciser is more or less flat, so there should be no problem finding somewhere to store these when not in use. Very non-intrusive. And I think they look pretty cool too.I must give props to the company behind these — what a manual you've put together! Each page has a different suggested exercise and is super simple to follow. Job well done. These feel like quality items, are fun to use, come in four strengths (very clearly different resistances), a great manual, and the current asking price of £13 is too good to pass up. Definitely recommend.

Very professional information/instruction booklet.
The media could not be loaded. I have pathetically weak hands and arthritis in some of my fingers. I do use battery operated jar and tin openers, which are great but I’d really like to build up and maintain some natural strength in my hands and I think this hand exerciser might be the thing that will do the job.Positives: The item arrived in a small, fairly plain box. Each exerciser was in its own sealed plastic bag. A drawstring bag is included for storing the exercisers. The information/instruction booklet is comprehensive and easy to follow and includes a QR code for further information. The booklet also provides information and pictures about the anatomy and physiology of the forearm and hand, which is interesting and useful for identifying which area may be causing weakness.Negatives: It’s not a negative as such but these should be kept out of the reach of children since it would be very easy to trap or catch small fingers in the springs. This is a good product that is useful for many purposes, such as rehabilitation following injury, surgery or stroke as well as improving and maintaining hand strength in older people, particularly if they arthritis. I definitely recommend this product.

Nice set of exercisers | Handy for strength & guitarists | Do we really need multiples?
I have dexterity issues and I also like to play the guitar. Following spine surgery a fewyears ago, I bought an exerciserlike these from a well-known guitar accessories manufacturer (they're known for their strings). That particularly unit has adjustable tensions for each spring pad, but the range of exercises and uses is the same.Because of having a much better built unit, I am able to say with confidence that these are of inferior quality. The plastic doesn't feel that strong or robust, the springs lack serious tension, and the padsare not very ergonomic - feeling uncomfortable almost. The booklet with the range of exercises helps to explain the varied benefits.I think having four poor-quality units instead of one adjustable unit that is well made is a complete waste of materials. Why have four when you can have one that allow for better fine tuning?!
