I recently ordered this sourdough bread and was pleasantly surprised by both the quality and the quick delivery. Due to some unexpected travel, I had to store it in the fridge for a week, and to my surprise, it remained fresh without losing its texture or flavor.The bread has a mild tangy taste—just enough to enhance the overall flavor without being overpowering. It’s absolutely delicious when slightly toasted, especially with guacamole or peanut butter. It also pairs wonderfully with tomato soup, making for a comforting meal.I also tried using it for sandwiches, and it added a hearty, satisfying texture. Whether eaten fresh, toasted, or in a sandwich, this sourdough bread is a fantastic choice. Will definitely be ordering again!

Wonderful bread!
For Keto, this is an excellent bread. To me, it does taste like sourdough, it’s fresh & has the consistency of regular sourdough. It’s great toasted, plain, or even used as French toast. Recommend, you won’t be disappointed!And the costumer service is just as good as the bread!

They should change the name of this bread to vinegar bread. Iam not a picky eater but this one .I actually feed them to the backyard animals , maybe it will helps them loss an appetite on winter time then hibernate.

Tasty and delicious
I recently tried this sourdough, and it’s absolutely delicious! The flavor is perfectly balanced with a subtle tanginess that’s not too overpowering, and the crust is wonderfully crispy while the inside remains soft and chewy. It’s clear that it’s made with care and quality ingredients. Whether toasted or eaten fresh, it’s a real treat. If you’re a fan of sourdough, this one definitely won’t disappoint! Highly recommend!

I used to live for sourdough, but had to cut it out when I went low-carb. This is the first one I’ve had in forever that actually tastes like the real thing. So, so good.

Not Shelf Stable
These loaves are fairly small but the bread is tasty. My biggest issue is that while I was on the first loaf, I notices the powdery white indication of early mold on the crust. To make sure it wasn't just excess spots of flour, I watched it for a couple of days. Sure enough, the spots spread. I checked the second loaf I had put in the cupboard, and it had even more. I had received the bread less than two weeks prior. I threw them both away. I have two other varieties of keto breads that I use and both last up to three weeks or more. For the price, it's not worth it when you have to discard 3/4 of your purchase. As much as I liked the bread, I will have to pass on future purhcases. If you decide to try it, I recommend freezing one loaf and refrigirating the one you are using. Hopefully that will extend their usefullness.
