I'm happy this product is vegan and sugar free. It doesn't smell like a discernable fruit, smells like sugar. The gummies are soft enough to chew easily. No marine fishy-like taste. There is a picture of some raspberries so we're to assume that's the flavor but it doesn't state that on the bottle. It doesn't say on the product page or bottle what the omegas, EPA and DHA are derived, per my contact with seller, it's marine algae. I'm not happy about that due to my concerns with mercury and ocean contaminates. I'd say the quality is borderline, passing but could be much better. Product is labeled non gmo but doesn't have the official seal. It's not organic so the terms natural flavor and color could mean anything. I wouldn't doubt the authenticity of the flavor or color if the label just stated the sources. You get 60, dosage is 2. Good value for the asking and quantity but quality could be much better.

Being Diabetic, I enjoy finding sugar free supplements that happens to be more fun to take than just swallowing a pill. I wasn't much of a pill swallower but endured over the decades. Now with these gummies, I can enjoy taking my needed supplements.

It's a bit too early to tell if these gummies will work to help curb those headaches, but as an antioxidant we naturally produce - it can't hurt to have a bit more CoQ10 in the system.The taste is standard for a sugar free vita-gummy. It isn't offputting by any degree, but it's not quite as easy as eating a true candy. The texture is also a bit firmer than the standard gummy treat, but goes down easily and is pleasant enough to consistently keep in a supplement routine.

I am happy with this bottle of sugar free CoQ10 gummies .First off they are sugar free and a a comfortable size and texture to chew up .I am terrible about remembering to take my supplements even though I know I should . These fruit flavored gummies make them so easy and enjoyable to take that I’ve not forgotten to take them daily.These CoQ10 gummies have a whole lot of good ingredients including Omega 3, vitamin B3 and zinc.I’ve had no unpleasant side effects and I’ve been taking them regularly as directed for nearly a week .I’m so glad I found this product !Would recommend .

With any and all supplements, you'll start to see benefits (if there are any) after long term use, you can't really see benefits from just 1 bottle, you would probably need to take these for at least 6 months to actually see any health benefits. Any "quick" benefits that you see after taking these for a week or anything less than a month is most likely a placebo effect. These Gummies taste great and is a good way to introduce vitamin supplements to your diet, especially if you don't like taking pills or medications. All the ingredients listed are great for overall health, so if you want to start supplementing your health with extra or possibly "missing" vitamins, this is a great way to start that routine. Remember, as with any and all supplements, please talk to your doctor before taking anything long term, as certain ingredients may be detrimental to your personal health.
