A clear upgrade in terms of usability and comfort
I got these sound devices for my dad, and they've really outperformed his NHS ones. The build feels sturdy, and the packaging was impressive too. What really impressed me is how user-friendly they are – with straightforward controls, adjustable volume, and four EQ modes for different environments. That's a huge advantage. My dad finds them way more comfortable to wear, which is a big win. He had a tough time with his NHS ones, especially because of the tricky batteries. These are rechargeable via USB-C, which is a lifesaver. He mentioned that the sound quality isn't as crystal clear as the pricier NHS models, but the convenience and comfort definitely make up for it.

Clear sound without spending a fortune
I love how straightforward the volume controls are, and the four different sound settings are brilliant for various situations - whether I'm at home or trying to manage the hustle and bustle of a busy café. It's particularly good at cutting through background noise and making conversations crystal clear, regardless of where I am.The rechargeable battery is an absolute godsend. Gone are the days of faffing about with tiny batteries! Just an hour's charge keeps it going brilliantly, and having the desktop charger close by is dead handy. The sound is remarkably clear, though you might need to fiddle with the settings a bit to get it just right for your ears. I was chuffed to bits with the selection of ear tips - they ensure a much better fit than I'd hoped for.If I had to nitpick, I'd say the storage case is a tad bulkier than it needs to be. But honestly, given how clear everything sounds and how easy it is to use, it's worth every penny.

Nice discreet, comfortable and works well
The media could not be loaded. Been using these for about 2 weeks and after fine tuning them they work great and are nice and discrete. So much cheaper than getting then elsewhere.Quality is good and comfort is good too but does take a little tike to get use to them

Light and it works
I recently went deaf in one ear, blocked inner ear with sinus issues, so this was not only timely but I could also review it and see what benefits it offered. It's comfortable and light to wear and is USB rechargeable. Battery last a good while, it never went flat on me but I would charge it after every wearing.Variable volume with a dial which is easy to operate while wearing. It comes with a variety of ear pieces to suit differing ears, but I found the standard one fitted me comfortably and did not feel intrusive like in ear pod phones which I cannot wear. There is a switch to use in loud environments such as a bar or a plane which does seem to work.It comes with a hard case which is possibly a little large considering the ear piece is so small, but it protects the ear piece. It doesn't charge in the case like ear pods would have been nice but that is my only con among a lot of pros.

Does the job really well.
HiBRIQ Rechargeable Sound Device for Seniors and Adults with 4-EQ Mode Noise Cancelling and Volume Control.I like the HiBRIQ Rechargeable Sound Device for Seniors and Adults, it has 4-EQ Modes so you can adjust the sound for different environments and it also has Noise Cancelling and a Volume Control wheel. The device feels really well made out of high quality materials and comes really nicely packaged.I got this item for my dad who has a new NHS one, compared to this device, it is as small as the NHS one but this one benefits from being rechargeable whereas the NHS one requires the tiny battery be replaced every few days, try doing that at 90 years old! also this device has adjustable volume control which the NHS one has to be taken back to the ENT for them to adjust which is no good whatsoever. As for comfort and the sound, my farther preferred this device to the expensive NHS one that so far he has worn for at most 20 days out of the year because he just cant get on with it, he says the sound quality isn't quite as good but the adjustable volume and rechargeable using a std USB-C cable more than makes us for it.Overall for £39 at the time of reviewing I think its a great buy.

Great way to help old ears.
Great for those that have limited hearing. We have a family member who's really struggling and he gave this a try and hasn't stopped singing it's praises. It's simple to use, it's comfortable, it's easy to adjust the audio and now he can hear really well again. He seems to be over the moon with how well it works and has personally thanked me several times. Seems to be a great product and definitely bought for a fair price.

Found these to be quite helpful
Main W here is that is feels comfortable to wear and doesn't feel like there is weight on your ear which makes the fit much preferable as there is virtually no drag. The charging ability is nice, it's easy to access and removes the issue of having to use batteries in these type of devices. Lastly the sound quality is top tier, you can hear everything clearly and there has not been any cases where there has been interference or disruption to the audio whilst using, however it's something I'll update if anything does occur. Overall, I think it's a good alternative to getting them issued to you as you're getting better value on your own terms.
