These fit my blackhawk plate carrier.
These look cool and attached to my blackhawk plater carrier with no problems. Mounting options seem pretty universal.

Solid shoulder pads
I like them and they're comfortable. After a while wearing them with my plate carrier I didn't even know they were there. Easily adjustable, but you kind of need a second set of hands to help with adjustments. Not exactly easy to put on by yourself. Looks good - good material.

Cheaply made and unusable
Quality is cheap, doesn't actually round like in the video, isn't even compatible with a 5.11 vest. Pointless velcro piece on the bottom.
