Pretty Portal to the Garden
Pretty easy to put together even though it comes with one page of instructions with blurry pictures. Recommend two people to put together even though I did it by myself. Hard to move into place with just one person. Looks exactly as pictured. For the price I think it looks great. Package is heavy and arrived beat up but nothing was damaged.

Really great archway for the price.
This archway is beautiful. It's not the sturdiest thing in the whole world, but I live in Dodge City, KS (aka the windiest city in North America) and I never see it sway or anything. It has holes in the feet for stakes and it holds in down fine since we also have it wired to some t-posts connecting it to our chicken wire fencing that goes around the perimeter of our garden. It was a little difficult putting it together, but not so difficult that I couldn't do it by myself. My biggest complaint is that there's only one little on one side of the gate that holds the latch in place, so if it's really windy (like 50mph+) I worry it might blow open. It wouldn't budge if there were two little pegs. But for the most part it's been absolutely perfect for what we're using it for.

Not bronze
This is a very nice design. I paid more and got the steel version. It is not as substantial as I thought it would be but it goes together easily and sits solid with the 4 anchors at the base. I was hesitant to purchase since I thought a bronze arch would be distracting with my black garden fence, but it’s not bronze. So if that is a factor that you are considering, took a couple pictures of the finish which is an antique black appearance.

Don't Buy Looks are Deceiving
We had the identical gate that lasted 20 years it was inexpensive rod iron. So when we came across this one which is identical in every way size and design, we ordered it for a Father's Day Gift. For that reason we waited to open it up and assembly it. The assembly was difficult the parts didn't fit together well, the gates are about 5 inches apart, it doesn't close, and there were missing hinges. The gate is made from some type of cheap stamped metal. It is not sturdy, actually it needs to be bolted to metal frames. We are worried it will fall over and hurt someone. I don't know how long this will stand up in the Wisconsin weather. We are very disappointed with the quality of this gate. The design looks nice but that's were the similarities stop. Of course we were not able to return it because of the time frame, we waited for Father's Day.

Absolutely perfect!
I was looking high and low for something like this and what arrived has exceeded my expectations. It is absolutely perfect. I needed something that we could anchor into concrete (as opposed to staking in the ground), and it was easy to level and balance using some nuts and washers (our walkways are sloped to direct runoff of water). I can’t wait until next summer, when I can coax some vinca vines around it! So far it seems sturdy for its purpose (mostly decorative). I wouldn’t let kids climb on it, but it’s enough to keep our well-behaved golden retriever from eloping.I am very happy with this product and I highly recommend it!Additional feedback after 2+ years of use: STILL AWESOME (added another pic). I am still VERY PLEASED with this! Like I have seen from other reviewers, sometimes the plastic caps can fall out, or are missing. I just got on Amazon and did a little search and found some replacement ones… At this point, my only feedback would maybe they include some better quality plastic caps to begin with. But this was a minor issue and overall I get so many wonderful compliments on this arch and gate! It has held up very well to a lot of use!

Good looking arbor. Needs better construction.
I love the way it looks and I can make it work, but I’m going to need to make some additional modifications to get it to work like I intended. First, the arch at the top is the first thing that gets constructed. Not too much to complain about in that arena. Then it slips into the sides (smaller tube slips inside the bigger tubes of the sides. If you move it around, these tubes easily slip out warping the whole arbor. There should be some kind of fastener to secure the tubes together after assembly so that this can’t happen. Not a hard fix, but still. This wasn’t a cheap arbor. That shouldn’t be an issue in the first place.Second…the gate. The gap ended up being too far apart to secure the latch (which is another issue in itself). Then when you push the sides in enough so you can secure it, it ends up being more narrow on the bottom than the top of the arbor and looks silly with the sides at angles instead of straight up and down. It seems to me the threads on the hinge pins needs to be at least 1/4” longer. Then I would be able to adjust the gate to where there isn’t a huge gap between the two gates.Third…the latch. I think I’ll end up cutting this flimsy joke of a “latch” off and either making or buying a better one.Other than all that, I like it but I could have liked it more. I’m not completely satisfied.

Beautiful gate, just wish the catch actually worked
This gate creates a stunning entrance to our garden, just wish I had read the reviews before I ordered it as multiple reviews mentioned the closing mechanism does not work and they’re correct! I purchased a black chain and caribiner to keep the gate closed and that worked really well.

Looks good.
It stood up to 75 mile per hour winds. We get lots of compliments. It was missing a part due to large gash in box when delivered. (most likely our postal service), the company sent the replacement out quickly.
