I’m loving this B complex product and feel that it gives me energy throughout the day. I tend to be extremely sensitive to vitamin B but this did not give me any weird reactions. The product taste is not overwhelming compared to what I’ve experienced with other B complex products. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs alittle pick me up and better brain clarity throughout the day.

I’ve been using the Vitamin B Complex with 20000 mcg for a few weeks now, and I’ve already noticed a significant boost in my energy levels. The raspberry liquid drops taste great, which makes daily use super easy, especially since I’m not a fan of pills.I appreciate that it’s a complete formula with all the B vitamins I need, plus it’s vegan and made in the USA, which gives me more confidence in its quality. The taste is not bad

I can tell a big difference in the 10 days I have been taking Vitboost B-complex liquid drops. The corners of my mouth have healed and I feel much better. It does have a vitamin taste that is not a big deal for me. I wanted a quality effective product and this is it.

I like it. I typically have four different liquid B brands that I use and cycle back and forth from them. I take high doses and cycle off every few months. I typically don't use during the summer. I suffer from serious seasonal depression/anxiety and Reclusiveness. High dose liquid b gets my energy up my brain active and pep in my step, gets me out of the house and social. I also do other home remedies and lifestyle changes, but remain unmedicated. Do not underestimate the power of short walks in the fresh air, a few minutes of sunlight cutting out sugar and quitting caffeine for good. Do your own research what works for one might not for another. I take about 2to 5 droppers and cycle off after a month or so and back on. If I'm in a bad place I up it to 6-8 droppers full. The dropper usually doesn't fill to the top anyways.

I’ve been taking this now for 3 weeks and can honestly say I feel a difference in how I feel. I lift heavy 5x/wk and sometimes feel exhausted after my lifts. I decided to take the B12 post workout to see if it made a difference in how I felt and it did! I feel more energized and alert. In addition, the taste is great and it doesn’t irritate my gut. I know that sometimes vitamins can taste bad but not this one. I also loved the value, it was a great price point for what you get. Overall it’s been effective and I love that it’s easy to take. I highly recommend it.
