Definitely size up. My daughter is a size 6 and the medium fitted fine.

A bit on the small side, I would recommend buying one size up from your usual size. However they look good and are very absorbant. They do what they need to do.Good value. Good quality.

Really pleased with these. I bought them for my self conscious 16 year old who had previously insisted on wearing cycling shorts over her swimwear. These are obviously much more practical, but also look nice and the fact that they are period proof is a huge bonus. My daughter generally wears a size 8 and I ordered her a medium after reading that they come up small. They fit fine, if a tiny bit on the larger side, but they are at least comfortable. Great value for money.

I followed the comments and went up a size for daughter who is 14 ordered medium and we're too big in waist she had to fold over. I was torn with contradicting comments which I had ordered the small and gone with my gut feeling now. I couldn't measure her as she was away and needed them next day. Good quality tho

These come in a vacuum pack. If opened to try on can not be returned!This was confirmed by amazon.The sizes are small brought for my 12 year old who is a size 6 and too small in small size

Bought these for my daughter who started her period the same week she started swimming lessons at school they worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend but like others have said definitely size up.

Brought for my 10 year old, who is an adult 12. I went one size bigger, due to the reviews, still a little snug (she is an average size, noy over / under weight). We have had to return but intent to buy the Large. They were very flattering and she felt more comfortable with shorts for the time of the month.
