Looking at these i thought i would have nasty marks on my wrists but the little bit of padding they have really prevent that. I did 4 sets of 8 reps at 180 lbs of RDLs and not a mark on my wrists. I was actually suprised. Definitely worth the price.

Big help with grip
I can lift more than my old hands and wrists can comfortably grip. These wraps make that feat possible. They are comfortable, easy to use. Hint...I took a picture of exactly how they should be placed and for the first few times, referred to that pic on my phone. They are durable for what I do.
