From the comfort to the ease of installation, this loveseat has really impressed me, and I can’t wait to share my thoughts.This loveseat is everything I wanted for lounging after a long day. The cushions are just the right amount of soft and firm. You sink into them just enough to feel cozy but not so much that you’re stuck. The two-layer cushion system is genius—there’s a soft top layer that makes it super comfy to sit on, and underneath that, there’s a firmer layer that provides great support. Whether I’m sitting upright or reclining, I always feel well-supported. I’ve spent hours sitting on it, and I’ve never felt uncomfortable, which is honestly a big deal for me. It’s perfect for movie nights, or just relaxing with a cup of tea.The manual reclining feature is easy to use. You simply pull a lever on the side, and you can lean back into a relaxed position. It reclines smoothly and quietly, so there’s no hassle. I love that it doesn’t take up a lot of space when reclining because the loveseat is designed as a “wall hugger,” meaning it doesn’t need much clearance from the wall to fully recline. That’s especially great for my living room since space is a little limited, and I didn’t want to sacrifice comfort for practicality.I also really appreciate the removable console in the middle of the loveseat. It has two cup holders that hold drinks perfectly in place, so I never have to worry about spills while I’m watching TV or relaxing. I have had the loveseat and the recliner for months now. At first I had some shipping issues (not their fault, ice storms caused major delays and lost packages, they even swapped carriers to make sure we recieved our lost items) They were incredibly helpful and assisted us in getting our packages as soon as possible. These recliners are incredibly comfortable. We have slept in them, had parties, and used them in our theater room. I have gotten so many compliments on these couches. Incredibly comfortable and wide. Perfect for our plus size family members.4 Months later, one of our seats was damaged by our dog, left a huge cut in the seat of the leather. I offered to buy a replacement piece of just the ripped seat. They offered to send a free replacement of the entire piece to replace the broken part. Their customer service has been incredible. Id give 10 stars for such an amazing experience. Buy with confidence from these guys.

As others mentioned good customer care, seller worked with me on partial refund bc heat function didn't work(as others mentioned). Message feature is a bit weak but works. Assembly took me and a friend who's very handy 90 mins to get together. Others mention 20 mins which is possible if your familiar with assembly and have a power screw driver. The directions are picture only and clearly anything writren was a poor translation of Chinese into Eng. Its hard to know which way things are to face for assembly and directions aren't clear on that, its a guessing game, 50/50 chance I guess. The amazon ad claims 800lb support which is a clear misprint/error because others that reviewed said over 300lbs is a problem, I can tell by the thin support system and contruction that prolly 300 pounds is the max this thing can take, I'm 296 and I'm ok but if I get any bigger I fear it would break this chair. I got this model bc its one of widest I could find and weight rating claimed 800lbs(more like 300lb max). I'm 6'2" and my feet hang off bottom by at least about 12-14" whrn reclined, but that'd how most these recliners go with tiny leg support it seems. I put an automan under the bottom to add the needed room. The arm rest are both off center which is annoying, I'm hoping they slide to where needed n time, and yes I've tried adjusting. Pockets under each arm rest are handy but just lined with thin material that I can only imgine will tear or get holes without being handled/treated very gently. Cup holder is nice feature but cuts into arm rest area, id prefer 1 or no cup holder and that area used as a arm rest like normal. The fake leather is okay but nothing crazy id say grade C quality. Bang for buck id say for its size its fair price, but for quality, feel, material its a bit over priced and maybe C+ at best. The size/width is a B+ and best feature on this item. Again I'm 296 and fit fine with a little bit of room to spare(width) where as I fit tight/snug in most chairs/recliners. Bare in mind standard recliners are 20-22" wide and this one 26.67" wide. So you get about 4 3/4" more. Which in my research, I only found one wider at 34" wide on amazon but it had no message/heat feature and cost about the same. Height isn't as high as id like but again I'm a bit taller than the ave. person. If customer care wasn't so good this item deserves a solid 3.5 star but because they're cool they eecked out a 4 star barely.

Everything they say it is. Not difficult to build, just read the instruction thoroughly first and set out hardware and tool. It’s a nice looking reclining loveseat of nice material and works perfectly. The black contrasts nicely with other furniture. The height is fine and wall clearance is good. We like it very much and would certainly buy again. It feels like real leather and most importantly it is comfortable. That is always a concern with an online purchase. This piece of furniture is totally comfortable for two people. We don’t use it everyday but the dog does and he loves it. The blanket in the photo is for him.
