What a disappointment
My daughter bought this for her dad for Christmas it took forever for it to get to us approximately 2 months when it arrived it didn't work very well so that was a disappointment as well and the company didn't even want to return it they returned the money and said keep the product what does that tell you??

Don't buy a guitar chord presser.
The device was not designed for a wide neck classical guitar. However, I can't say that I'd recommend it to anyone. The tone of the guitar completely changes when you press the strings with plastic probes instead of human fingers.
