Liked the product. But found the plastic cap at the bottom of one of the leg was broken.

Broken chair delivered
We received this chair broken and when I try to return it it gives contact customer support. And when I try customer support there is no way to contact them. I am fed up trying to return this item. It's a horrible item and request everyone not to place this order.
