I got the 10 pound version...sounds like it's not much, but it is giving me that extra challenge. I am building back some muscle that I lost while recovering from meniscus surgery. With my first vest, I started with a four pound vest and added more to get to eight...but this new vest is the current version and I really LOVE it! Walking a two mile trek with my Chihuahua or at the gym on a treadmill- which is a great workout...just increasing the elevation on the treadmill with this on and I start really sweating. The vest secures at the sides and adjusts to fit snugly so it fits the wearer.Sand weight is held within this vest-which I really like- so I just lift it over my head, slip it on, and head out!

Easy to use, I change the weight depending on my activity. For walking I go the full 10 lbs. For running I don't use any added weight and stay at 4lbs. Holds up for daily use and is easy to clean. Just wipe down with a damp cloth. Comfortable and size accommodates my small frame.

It's great for hiking and walking you can't go wrong it doesn't move or slide around much at all. But if you run fast than a light jog and have a slim athletic frame you'll have to make some adjustments to keep it tight and jump up and down. I add Velcro straps to pull it tighter and safety pins to keep the straps from coming lose while running.

This weighted vest is very comfortable, and I have an extra large check and was worried about this. I wore it out yesterday and I was very surprised at how quickly it raised my heart rate just from a brink level walk with my pup. I wanted the adjustable vest so I can add weight as my needs change from regular walking to added workouts. It's nice because you can stop and do your squats and push ups and dips while using the added weights just like at the gym. This vest is a game changer!

I love this vest, I ordered the 4-10lb , I use the 10lbOn my treadmill everyday and hiking trails , it’s very comfortable, I like the way it fits and the structure of it.. I did a lot of research on weighted vests and this one is great for women with larger chests, it doesn’t smash them which is great others go right on top of breast and smash them down.. this vest is a game changer on your workouts you burn double the calories, great for bone density and a bonus for me is I was stuck in a rut b4 this vest and 2 months of wearing it, I lost 10lbs!!!

Best vest I’ve had- I have received several. I like you can add weight over time and that it’s easy to get on and off. It’s comfortable but does have a slight odor that’s not unbearable. Think it is priced fairly. I even put some of the weights in my pockets until I’m strong enough to wear. I like my legs can benefit too!

The weighted vest is a good weight for semi-beginner. I'm experimenting with the amount of weight, but I didn't have any problem using the full weight of 10 lbs as a small 66 year old female. It is a pull over which is not a big deal, but a front zip would have made it more convenient. The vest had a very strong chemical smell when it arrived. After placing it outside for a few days, it did air-out really well. I find the vest to be comfortable. The adjustable side straps also make it fittable for most people.

Product came just like advertised the weights are removable and there is a pocket in the front where you can store your phone. So 10 out of 10 from me.
