Worked perfect! Easy! You get 2 cleanings with one bottle. I felt like my coffee just wasn’t tasting that great , used this cleaner and I feel like my coffee tastes good again. My coffee k-cup machine does let me know when it needs to be descaled, but I did it earlier and happy with the results.

Great product with step by step instructions on both the product and there is also a qr code to assist you further. Finally my descale indicator is gone! My coffee tastes great again so I am one happy customer!

It works as stated.

It is hard to be sure how thoroughly any product removes scale from inside a coffee maker, but this product seemed to do the job. I liked the fact that you get two uses from the bottle and the price is less than the Keurig-branded descaler.I read the poor reviews about how the "descaler" light on the Keurig machine would not reset, but there are instructions on this bottle on how to do that manually, as it is not an automatic reset. Therefore, you can ignore the poor reviews here and purchase with confidence, as they seem to really care about your end result.

it did work, however my coffee maker just stopped working, no fault of the descaler thought, and it was cheaper than the well known brand.

this was very easy to use and it immediately solved my issue with my Keurig coffee pot. Excellent.
