Great Protein
These helped me to get my protein levels back up after my surgery. Very tasty flavors. I would still eat them now that my wounds are healed.

Taste bad and watery
Watery and taste terrible, I had some good stuff in the hospital after surgery, I thought this was it, but I was wrong.

Very sweet tasting
This item can be stored in or out of the refrigerator. They came a little watery and didn't firm up (orange flavor). They are great for extra protein.They tasted little to sweet for me. They have zero sugar.
