Not comfortable and it won't work as advertising
First of all it won't work as advertising. It is easy to use but not comfortable at all. Tongue pains after some time and will disturb your sleep in case if you sleep using this.And moreover the product I got, look like used one. The container box is full of scratches, and no idea about the product if it is already used one or not. Better don't buy. I paid 450, but the product not worth.

useless item
It is very painful for tongue. totally waste of money. you can't close your mouth and if while sleep you close your mouth, your tongue is pressed by your teeth. never order this item. There are no return policy.

Good try
Average , ur tongue aches after sometime . It falls off during sleep. CPAP is best option . Consult doctor before using one. Good exercise will help to reduce snore. No alcohol. Try yoga.

great product....i have been using this gor quite a while now....i ordered 2 of them as it needs to be changed every 6 months.

This is how it's supposed to work: The back part goes in your mouth, you stick your tongue through it into the ball part, the v shaped groove goes at the bottom The flange part in the center goes over your teeth and under your lips. The ball part stays outside your mouth, should look like you are blowing a bubble With your tongue inside the ball part squeeze it gently to form a vacuum to keep your tongue in place, try to get to sleep. If it's very uncomfortable then try not squeezing the ball, your tongue may stay in place anyway without causing too much discomfort.I have been using it for a month now and it's very comfortable and I am snore free. I use an application for my snoring and it dropped drastically. Conclusion There are different types of snoring requiring different remedies. I find this works for me and I hope it does the same for you.

Go for cpap instead
It may or may not suit your needed..CPAP is most proven and approved for sleep apnea. I suggest to save money and buy cpap machine and instead of trying these unproven products
