Yes it fits in the Dewalt 735. That’s what I have. Its a great improvement over the old fashioned knives - quieter and a smoother cut. Installation hint: use a large socket or some such on the outer race of the large bearing. It must be driven in with a mallet.

Q: After install of this head, i'm getting multiple tiny ridges being cut into the wood. is this normal or did i misalign all the blades or i got defect?

Dewalt 735 turns in a clockwise rotation. This cutter is designed to turn in a counter clockwise rotation. The lines are caused by the back corner touching after the wood is cut. The angle of the bit is wrong.

This only fits Dewalt DW735. Thank you.

Q: Does the not oem one perform as well as the OEM one?

Both of the products perform well. It depends on which you prefer, the OEM one’s cutting diameter is 2mm larger than the not oem one. When installed on the machine, the height adjustment will not be the same between both products. Yet the cutting depth is the same.
