People outthere please don’t purchase this product. it’s total waste of money, or if you really want rollon wax heater then try to Go for other one. i have only used this one or twice and you can see what happened. Not only heater was pff guard, refill that i got was also of no use. At first i heated it for 30mintes sth and wax was not coming out properly so i decided to kepl more time however it was same as it’s.

What can I do if the wax doesn't come off after applying it? Even after cleaning it with soap and water, it doesn't come off? Can you give me a solution for this?

Satisfaction with the quality

You have to heat it for like 45 min before use. Then apply it in curved direct of machine. It easily glide on the skin. It only took me 10 min to wax my both half legs. I wish I had it earlier. Great product 🥰
