Wow I could tell the difference the day I got it! I put it under my tongue and let it sit a minute after I eat.I have done more since I started take it daily then I have in a month!

I’ve been taking pure lions mane tincture for almost 3 years now and I love it! Decided to give this one a try to introduce cordyceps & reishi into my system. I don’t think this tincture is as strong as the brand I’m used to, but it does work. My energy & focus were up and the taste wasn’t horrible, although I normally just put a full drop into my coffee, tea or smoothie.

I enjoy using liquid supplements because I think they are easier for the body to absorb. This product seems to be of good quality based on its packaging, the dark protective bottle, and the taste. However, I couldn't find much information about the manufacturer or similar products sold by them, so I suspect it might just be a reseller. I prefer to be able to research the company that makes the supplements before buying them, especially because there are fewer regulations concerning purity or quality standards, particularly in China.Just my opinion.

I can say that the first couple of days that I took this within half an hour of ingestion, I felt a sort of "rush" through my head. It was not bad, just strange. After the first couple of days it went away. I have been taking it now for about a month and the most notable thing for me has been an improvement in my mood and outlook every day. I did not have problems with focus prior to taking this so it is hard to tell if it has impacted that at all.
