It works splendidly with a solid and stable connection to my desk. I've used many types of overhead desk lights and most are wobbly or hard to get a good even light all across the desk. Not anymore the firm clamp and the strong joints of the arm are wonderful and offer a range of positioning options. It handles my vigorous inking, cutting, tearing and otherwise jiggling the desk around while making junk journals like I'm not doing anythinglight itself is wonderfully bright on the highest setting even on the warm tones and easily dims to a beautiful gentle soft light when needed. It is versatile allowing mixing of warm and cool in a variety of ways to get the perfect light for the situation at hand. The whole set up is light weight and very easy to install with a convenient USB style power cord. The light produced is steady and reliable.

It's great. Fits my needs well.Overall: The lamp itself otherwise is very nice and elegant. The swing arm is strong and stable, and can easily be adjusted to most angles you could need. Great product overall, and especially good value for the money.Disclaimer: I have to keep something between the bottom rails to keep them apart so that it won't bend into the wall. The picture shows the swing lamp against the wall. It works at the angle shown, but if you try and spin the lamp you will scratch your wall. If you only need a light up high, I recommend the gooseneck instead or placing a spacer at the bottom.Other possible Disclaimer: Also, the light cannot be connected to another switch. It will not turn on if you return power since it powers on by button. Most lamps of this style have this flaw.

Works greats when I need a task light at my desk. I also use it to provide soft indirect ambient light. I like that there is not yet another remote for me to misplace. The articulating function works really for getting the light out of the way when not needed. The finish is matte with no detracting reflections. Well make and stylish for the price. Would buy again.

I use the light for my standing desk. Setup is super easy. The controller attached to the wire is great and easy to use. I am particularly happy about the stepless brightness control that allowed me to get to the exact brightness I want. (Which they didn’t mention in the description) Lastly, It is one of the few lights that is tall enough for me to stay clear of my 27 inch monitor. Fantastic product and great value. My only wish is that the light can add a light guard at its edge to avoid shining into my eyes at certain angle, but overall it’s a 5 star for me given the quality and price point!

I tried out 3 different desk lamps of this general shape: CeSunlight, BIENSER, and SKYLEO.CeSunlight:In terms of a nice, soft bedside light, the CeSunlight is a good choice as it is not too harsh. However, the purpose I needed this for was as a desk lamp and I wanted it to be really bright especially for detailed work. Unfortunately, this is where CeSunlight failed and was ultimately returned. Furthermore, compared to SKYLEO and BIENSER, the design was not as modern for my tastes.BIENSER vs SKYLEO:I wish I could combine these two. I like the sturdy bottom of BIENSER with the controls on it rather than on the wire. The bottom of SKYLEO and it itself is not the sturdiest as it slightly leans crooked even with a tight clamp. It won't fall, but I wish it was straight. Another difference is that the SKYLEO is harder to rotate and move around compared to the BIENSER. One positive though is the SKYLEO is taller. Despite all this though, I still chose SKYLEO because:1) Although very comparable, SKYLEO is a tad brighter than BIENSER.2) SKYLEO color accuracy was better than BIENSER. The color temperatures were better and more accurate which was my number one criteria as I want to use this while drawing and coloring. I would've gone for the BIENSER if it weren't for the better color temperature and accuracy of the SKYLEO.

I have never been a person to care about lighting on my desk. I actually was interested in a monitor light bar but it would be a tough fit for my particular monitor. Instead, I chose a desk like that I could mount to the desk and hover over my monitor. This might be the best upgrade I have ever made. The light makes it so much more comfortable to work or game. The controller is simple and easy to use. There are two "colors" available, one is white and bright and the other is a warmer, calmer orange. There are plenty of brightness options too. The clamp is small and takes up an insignificant amount of space, which is great. Stability is solid and there is a large range of motion. This includes the light, which can be rotated as desired and would be necessary for me if I decided to purchase another. I have been satisfied with this product so far.

Lots of positions. Lots of light settings. Looks good, flexible. Works great. No flickering.

I purchased the desk lamp for my wife's home office. She was delighted to have a lamp that she can adjust for her specific needs. The swing arm is strong and can be adjusted to how she likes it and does not take up space on her desk. It was easy to install for her and was a great price.
