Very happy with the product, I've been using kinesiology tape for a while now on and off and I can rely on it to help support problem areas. Easy to use, cut the desired length and apply. Helps to block pain and you don't really notice that it's there. Choice of colours and the quality is good it stays on even if it gets wet.We don't all have to be athletes to appreciate this product.

It is easily cut and sticks well and pretty good value.It’s not as elastic or durable as some other brands I’ve used so I have doubled up on some occasions to keep the support.It will depend on your own injury so this may work perfectly for smaller joints but for more support expect to change more frequently to keep level of support or double up.I would still recommend as it really helps to keep my pain levels down and stops some of the creaking.

I’ve used physiotherapy tape before, but not this make. This particular tape seems to be well-made however the adhesive used makes it very difficult to remove the tape when it’s finished with. This means that it can be quite painful to remove unless thoroughly soaked first.

It's great value for three rolls and works s treat

Awful quality. Absolutely no adhesive strength and simply falls off the backing tape. Having purchased many kinesiology tapes on Amazon before I know what to expect and this is just terrible quality. The worst one yet. Do not buy.

Kinesiology tape sticks well, providing great support and flexibility for muscles and joints. It’s comfortable and breathable, but not waterproof and only minimally water-resistant, so it may not hold up well with prolonged moisture exposure.Still, it's a reliable choice considering the price.Recommended
