Well, I got this yesterday and used it to clean my bathroom floor.POINTS :-1) Firstly, the brand name "Brontix" is not given anywhere on the device, attachments or the box..... Only a model number is given and it is a written "Made in China" on the device itself. I believe the same device is being sold under many brand names in Amazon as I found.2) Some scrub attachments do not have the black plastic head attached to them and there is only one extra plastic head to attach them to. There are no instructions on how to attach them also. I guess one has to attach them with Fevi-quick and then use them (if the glue holds)3) The User manual also doesn't match the device completely as certain things like charging symbols are given wrong. I believe the instructions manual was printed for one device and then overtime certain things in the device changed in later production batches.4) The build quality of the thing :- Attachments, device itself and the rod is quite good and strong BUT as pointed out by another reviewer, the scrubber rotates is one direction only and so the device has a tendency to deviate and run towards the right. The rod is strong but just a simple extendable straight rod and so you would need some arm strength to hold the device strongly in place and push down a bit while cleaning which may be hard for a lot of people. This is like any other handheld motor device for example a drill which needs a strong arm to use.The MAIN ADVANTAGE is that it is basically a Motorised rotating scrubber which means it really cleans stubborn stains and dirt well without you needing to manually srub up and down like a labourer.Lastly,in my experience such USB powered things don't last long but are wonderful to use as long as they last..... So it depends upon your luck whether u will get VFM or not.

I have purchased this product very recently and first day it was working fine but next day I keptIt for charging almost 8 hours and I tried to on but it’s not working and tried to charge it more than 4 hours for coupleOf days but still not working and tried to get the support from Amazon when I select get support option in Amazon it was taking me to warranty but not the product support
