Doesn’t steam for longer than 20 seconds. I bought this in February for a trip overseas. My biggest mistake was not trying it out right as I got it. It heats up, steams, then stops and turns into a medium warm tiny iron. I have plugged it in and out, left it on 30 seconds., 2 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour - no steam. The water tank is so full there isn’t even a water bubble - no steam. Gently tap it? 2 seconds of steam. Turn it off, then on? 10 seconds of steam. This thing is a tease; it’s not effective, it’s ticking me off, and has left me in a bind. It shouldn’t do this; it’s never been out the box.

Easily the best steamer I’ve never owned. It works wonders on all fabrics and gets rid of wrinkles quickly and easily. I was honestly amazed at how efficient this thing is. My husband watched me steam a very wrinkled dress shirt right out of the packaging and he was equally amazed at how quickly it did the job.

I bought this steamer for a 12-day European vacation (cruise) I went on last month. What a great purchase!! First of all, having your clothes crammed in a suitcase for that many hours, by the time I got on the ship most of them were so wrinkled and creased, it would be embarrassing to wear them! The cruise doesn’t allow irons so I thought this steamer would be a great alternative and it was very reasonably priced. It didn’t disappoint!! Not only is it compact enough to store in your suitcase, it’s fairly lightweight, heats up super fast and does an amazing job getting all your clothes wrinkles out!! Another plus, was that you can steam in either position… clothes lying on a bed or hanging up on a hanger. Now that I’m back home from my trip, I’m thinking I will use the steamer at home from now on, instead of the hassle of using my iron!!

This. You need this in your life. I purchased this for our vacation. So, obviously, I wanted to try it before we left. I went on a steaming binge. Screw ironing. It is super easy to use, heats up quickly, and the steam stays very consistent. I will say, that because it is meant for travel, the water reservoir is not that big. I can get a linen maxi skirt completely wrinkle free with a tank. But, you don’t have to wait to refill. That part does not get hot. It comes with a brush, a glove (also works really well), a creaser attachment, a second attachment, and a bag to keep it all together.

It is a very nice unit and works well on 120 volts. But I bought two of these thinking I would use them in Brazil which has 220 volts, not 240 volts. In Brazil, the heater works but the pump does not run so no steam appears. I ended up getting a 120 volt 2kw transformer to use these in Brazil and they work fine on 120 volts but not 220 volts. Not compatible with Brazil voltage.
