The media could not be loaded. This set of 24 plastic containers in theory provide you with almost an infinite amount of storage options, but not incidentally the reason that I got them for. I have lots of speciality tea that I was looking to store in individual airtight containers. However, sadly, they are a fair bit on the smaller side than I had realised. I then thought that as I make my own pizzas that these would be good to store batches of tomato sauce which I could freeze and use at a later date. However, they are equally no good for this purpose either. On this occasion, it isn’t so much that they are quite small that is the issue, but that the claim that these containers are airtight. Sadly, in reality, this is simply not the case. The lids barely stay on the main body of the container and as you will see from a short video that accompanies this review, anything that is of a liquid food item just seeps out. Ultimately, this renders these containers as completely unfit for the majority of purposes that they are supposed to provide.The containers can be used to store dry snacks, vitamins and other supplements etc. But only on a very short-term basis, as anything that you place inside will spoil quickly due to having a loose fitting lid allowing exposure to air, thus oxidising the contents.The containers are dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe. However, this doesn’t really serve you very well when you cannot use them to store anything. So effectively this feature is a bit redundant.The containers are easy to store as they are stackable, but ultimately, you won’t want to give these containers any cupboard space as they are un-usable.For a pack of 24 and a purchase price of £9.99, in theory, this is a good product to price ratio. However, the reality is that I would avoid these containers at any cost and look at alternative products that really are airtight and do offer a proper storage solution.I cannot recommend these containers at any level and would source an alternative product to provide you with the storage solution you need, as you will definitely not get it from these ones.A poor product, not fit for purpose.
