It looks kind of intimidating to put together, but it's actually really easy to do. It feels really solid, and isn't weighty once you put it on. Will update review when I am actually able to use it for running/jogging.

Not very sturdy and wobbles a lot. If you’re expecting a secure item to hold camera this isn’t the item and it’s super heavy.

When you walk, it bounces on your hips and makes me wish there was some sort of wedge under the belt portion in the back in order to stabilize it a little better

This is a mustache if you ride a motorcycle scooter bicycle I highly recommend that you purchase an additional clamp so you have two one clamp really doesn't hold the stick firmly so two clamps is a must great product very stable with two clamps

I got the Fotoleey (Updated Version) Camera Waist Strap Mount to use while walking events and vacation grounds, however it is better suited for its intended purpose for use skiing, biking or on a motorcycle. It fits well and my size 38-inch waist was not an issue for it. It is made of solid material and does hold the selfie stick in place securely. Alternatively, you can adjust to different angles. I did find the video to be a little shaky when my selfie stick was extended to full length which is 114 centimeters but again, I was using for walking and not in a fixed position.
