Yes it is great
Yes , did two coats very impressed . It has been wet for years , wiped it and left a heater on to dry out . 2 coated and today it is bone dry

like trying to paint with porridge.
I would not use again. i had to paint wall then d=sand it down as it was like painting with a filler paste.
