Effective to use.
This is a very durable piece of equipment that I purchased for my office chair which happens to be at a carpeted area under my desk. I now have ease of movement and functionality. The size is perfect to match the size of my desk and the mat is thick enough to work effectively.

Good while it lasted
Easy to set up (takes about 10 mins with a hairdryer), and great when in use, but 4 months later it is cracking and pieces breaking away… good while it lasted but poor durability.

Lasts less than a year
I've had this office chair mat for just over 8 months and it has pretty much fallen apart. I am quite heavy (100+ KG), and it probably gets about 20hrs of use per week, so maybe I am expecting too much from a £30 mat (hence 3 stars) but I was hoping for it to last quite a bit longer.

You need to be an octopus with super strength to open this product up
The product is rolled up tightly. It is heavy thick plastic and has clearly been boxed for some time.As a woman who looks like she’s a leading member of a Viking raiding party, I rarely struggle to lift or unpack items sent to me. However this item (and I have two of them!) nearly broke me.The plastic is so thick and set into the rolled up shape that it took me 15 minutes, with moves resembling a game of twister using both feet and hands to get it unrolled. I then had to try to turn it over and in my efforts it returned to its rolled up form snatching one of my socks off my foot in the process. Much cursing ensured as I had to ease it open for a second time. My partner heard all the commotion and assisted me in opening and then flipping the mat onto the correct side… we then watched it curl up again but at least it was now the right way up… I had to get things sufficiently heavy to weigh the mat down and five days later it is still not staying down if it’s own accord… I am not sure I have the energy for the second one. It may be come part of my workout routine for 2025…

It does exactly what I wanted, the product is great. I would recommend it to anyone. Don’t need to spend a fortune either 👍
