Gyro Ball Wrist Exerciser Gyroscope Ball Forearm Strengthener for Stronger Wrist Bones and Muscle

This is my first time using a Gyro ball. It’s really very cool. I’ve been having some pain in my wrist, so I thought this would be a good purchase. My wrist pain is in my left hand. I was able to use the gyro ball immediately in my (stronger) right hand, but it took a while to get my left-hand coordinated enough to use it well. But even after just one day, I can feel that this thing is really helpful. It takes a few minutes to get used to, but really not very tricky at all. This particular gyroball seems to be a great value - it feels solid in the hand, and when it’s spinning properly, all you hear is a comforting whirring

Very easy to use. I don’t care for the counter much but it does leave your forearms sore. I was stupid enough to stop the gyration with my fingers and suffered a nasty cut. Word of caution. If you wanted to stop the motion prematurely, best to push it against your thigh, but wear shorts or jeans.

This was a terrible product. I used it a few times a week for a few weeks, after which it broke and was useless. This occurred about 5 days after the 'return window closed' which was 30 days after ordering. Bad product and bad return policy.

I've used the NSD powerballs since aroud 2001, so have over 20 years of experience with them and consider them the gold standard.I bought this hesitantly since I broke my NSD and didn't want to drop the cash one of NSD's nicer models. This is a little larger which is great as it gives you more of the fat grip effect. The other thing I noticed is that it's much easier to get a pump with this. Not just because of the larger size, but it generates more force at a lower RPM. I'm pretty impressed. I don't know if that's just a function of a larger diameter or if the metal plays a part in that. Either way this has exceeded my expectations. If it proves to be as durable as the NSD I would say this is a better ball than the standard blue NSD powerball. I'd love to use it side by side with NSD's higher end balls that cost a fortune for comparisson.

I got one of these when the first came out over a decade ago when you needed to start it with a string. I got the steel one which is well made and heavy. The assisted start mechanism works easily. Because of the weight of this upgraded version, the force is greater than the standard plastic one. The only thing is the digital readout is a great feature, but because of the force, you can only get the reading after it slows down and you scroll through. Definately good to build grip and wrist strength and endurance.

Took me numerous tries to get the gyro to kick in. Once it did worked fine.

I used to have stiffness in my wrist and they would constantly pop.I did hand stretches and eventually stumbled across Gyroballs.I find myself using the product at least twice a day and have never felt better.It’s easy to use and keep spinning once you’ve got it started.I suggest looking up a video on how to use it because written instructions could be unclear.I like that this lights up and shows the count.The grip around the sides is also very helpful and conveniently placed.
