I can't say enough good things about the ZSTORE Portable Nebulizer! As a parent of a child with chronic breathing issues, finding a convenient, quiet, and effective nebulizer is so important. This one checks all the boxes! It's super easy to use and works great for my daughter, providing fast and effective treatment whenever she needs it. The best part? It's incredibly quiet, so she doesn't get scared or stressed during treatment.It's also perfect for travel! Lightweight and compact, it fits easily into our bag, and we never have to worry about lugging around a bulky machine. I did have a small issue getting it to work initially, but I contacted the company, and their customer service was exceptional. They responded immediately and sent me a replacement nebulizer, no questions asked.This is a fantastic product from a fantastic company. I purchased the product for my toddler after she was officially diagnosed with severe asthma. I chose it because it was small and seemed easy to use. Overall it has worked well and I think the fine mist works better than the large machine. It’s also very quiet. It’s easy to clean and lightweight. With that being said, those are the flaws as well. It is easily damaged. However, I reached out to customer service who handled the problem quickly and sent another machine within 24 hrs. My recommendation would be for them to have instruction videos bc the paper is easily lost and I have to share with family members who care for my child. I would also recommend that they create a protective case for travel and to prevent damage. Even if they hadn’t sent a replacement, I would probably by this product repeatedly because the cost is affordable and it’s worth it to me.

This was great when it worked. I’m so upset cause I ordered another one for my son and it is on the way. Today mine just quit working. Out of nowhere. It turns on and shuts off like it’s not charging. Buyer beware is all I can say.

I love this so much. Having had 2 kids with asthma, this is a game changer. I've had to sit up many nights with the traditional nebulizer having to wash out the tubes and waiting for them to dry. Never mind it being a hassle if I had to travel. This is portable easy to clean and super convenient. No worries about tubes coming loose and the machine itself being noisy. This is small in size and easily portable and easy to clean. No more getting tangled up in the long air tubes. The price was also great. Traditional nebulizers used to be so expensive. Thank goodness for modern technology.

LOVE this nebulizer. It's lightweight, super compact and aerosolizes asthma meds as good as a pressurized plug in nebulizer. I use a nebulizer every day and sometimes multiple times a day and have tried just about all the mesh nebulizers on the market. This one tops all of the rechargeable ones by far! The medicine comes out in a vapor with no mist and just a few drops of residual in the mouth piece.Draw backs, The mask is great if you're into confined spaces but the flimsy silicone mouthpiece sucks! I did what the company should have done and threw mine in the trash and replaced it with a hard plastic one so I can go hands-free. The rechargeable lithium battery stood up to claims that it charged in 1.5 hours with 120 minutes of runtime ONCE. It didn't take long for the charge take twice that long with half the runtime. Within 3 weeks of using it 2-3 times a day, it now never fully charges (continuously blinks red) and I get about 2 20 minute treatments out of a charge. If the battery is completely dead or dies during a treatment, it won't even run while plugged in! My UNACCEPTABLE complaint is: if you're having an attack and the battery is dead, YOU'RE SCREWED for at least 15 minutes while you wait for it to charge enough to even work!!! I exchanged the first one before the 30 days to give it a second chance. “2nd verse, same as the first” but this one takes longer and longer to give the treatment regardless of how much I clean it. Over 30 mins for a 1.5mL vile. So much to love but it can leave you in peril. They’re supposed to send me a new one but it’s been 2 weeks and not a peep. I'll update this if anything changes.

This is a great little nebulizer that is about as good as it gets for not being cumbersome and because of it's lightweight it's very comfortable

What I like about it very convenient. The quality is fantastic. It’s portable. I could walk around. I’ll try to get one from my doctor and they gave me one that you plug in the wall and said it’s a portable and I told him no thank you Amazon .and ZSTORE the battery life is great no leak and very quiet

I am so disappointed in this.This is about the seventh one that I boughtseventh or eighth machine like this because I have a small when bronchitis ect I purchased this to take with me on my vacation instead of taking my nebulizer.I purchased the cheaper ones which stopped working after a month of use.But this one stop working after I used it five different times. I am so disappointed because this is the most expensive one that I paid for I ask for 1 to be replaced And sent to me because I needed it for my honeymoon. And it was never sent so now I'm back to using my big machine. I feel so ripped off right now. This was the most expensive one and I thought that I could really rely on this 1. When I got the box, the box was banged up. So maybe that was the problem. I don't know, but I never received a replacement.So I'm gonna stop buying these things altogether.. They also told me to put in for return which I did.But due to a death in my family I never returned it
