Battery was not working when I fitted it in the laptop but Amazon after sale service is quite impressive as I got refund within a day in my Amazon pay wallet.

Better than company's default battery
My laptop battery got damaged after few months within the warranty period. They replaced it with new battery. But same happened with the new one after few months. Then I ordered this battery, and it is giving very good performance. Better than that came with the laptop.
