Tactical Baby Gear 4th Gen Tactical Diaper Bag for Dads w/Included Changing Mat, Stroller Straps

I've been looking for the perfect bag for us for several years. My son ends up in the hospital frequently and our go-bag was severely inadequate as far as organization went. I could carry all I needed for us between our two backpacks, but I was constantly rooting around, or having to unpack and repack everything--sometimes both bags-- to get to what I needed.During his recent ICU stay I was once again hunting the gazillions of bags out there when I saw this TBG bag for the first time. I watched on video and was sold. Ordered it immediately. And ever since I got the base bag I've been ordering other items that attach to the TBG base bag so I can have the perfect setup for our needs. (have added the wipes bag, the cooler pouch, and the EDC Utility Gadget Waist Bag Pack, plus a couple other molle bags I've picked up over the years but which I may remove since they aren't the terrific quality the TBG is)It used to take 2 very full backpacks plus my normal everyday shoulder pack to get all the hospital stuff together. With the TBG bag and the attaching bags I not only fit everything in that bag (plus one just for extra clothes for both of us--a luxury I could never fit into the previous bags) and my shoulder bag, but I even have space leftover!And I have to say that is has been like Christmas deciding what each little pocket and pouch will be used for. Ive been like a little kid, getting excited all over again every time I think of something else I could add, and finding that I have a place to put it that both makes sense and doesn't displace something else important.Quality is fantastic, shipping is quick and packaged safely.Extremely pleased. Would recommend over and over.The ONLY thing I’m having to go outside of TBG products for is a hard-shell top-closing eyeglass case for a) non-crushable/soft inside storage for the glasses at night when we're trying to sleep that b) allows me quick easy access to them when I need to check on him or observe a nurse or lab tech. This last stay I was getting my eye case in and out and in and out all night long. I finally hooked them on the front of my shirt but that is a recipe for disaster when everyone is so tired.

While this is advertised as a diaper bag for Dads... it is much more than that. The functionality and storage of this bag is absolutely wonderful. Inside we typically carry, 8-12 diapers two outfits, a cooler bag with ice packs, a fully pack of wipes, and a large assortment of other accessories with room to spare. This bag connects quite will to our stroller with the included straps. It also carries quite easily with the shoulder strap.The overall construction is tough as nails. Heavy duty stitching, oversized zippers with large pulls, and durable material overall. This is one of the best bags that I have ever used, not just diaper bags, but bag period... including all the bags I used while in the military.Do yourself a favor and grab this bag, you will not have any regret whatsoever.

Sure, my wife looked at me a little odd when I ordered this, but the bag is absolutely high quality and well organized.We love the pocket arrangements and the addition of the MOLLE for add-ons. For a baby go bag I can’t think of a better option. And unlike so many “tactical” gear I’ve seen, this one is incredibly well-made. I’m sure it will last well beyond our use for it.

Didn’t know what to expect from this diaper bag other than it’s expensive. Once it arrived and I opened the package, the price didn’t bother me at all. Packaging was great. Material is great. Seems nice and well put together. This should last a very long time. I got ranger green and it looks amazing.

Bought this bag as a baby shower gift. This bag seemed sturdy and had enough pockets and pouches to carry everything you need. I would purchase one for myself if I ever need one. I do recommend.

Coolest dad diaper bag on the market, probably because it doesn't look like a diaper bag at all. It could be a work bag or a bag for a day hike (both great purposes for after kids), but instead it's a super-functional, no-fuss bag for hauling necessities for a day with kids. Even my wife, who has her own bag, often prefers this one because of its functionality. The fact that there's a place for every thing and that each pocket is readily accessible makes the sometimes challenging task of being out with 2 little ones a lot easier. The wipes pocket on the front is a real plus, and the other two front pockets are awesome for snacks, keys, and pacifiers. I love that you don't have to rifle through a bunch of stuff to find the essential things you need in a hurry. Actually, on the inside you don't have to rifle either. The interior mesh pockets and dividers make it easy for us to separate items needed for baby and for toddler.

Amazing quality & awesome for first time dads

The bag is great si it gets 4 stars but I have few issues. The bag is heavy when fully packed. I'm a small woman so it could just be me. It doesn't open as wide as a typical baby bag and that frustrates me. The side pockets are deep and wide but again don't open all the way up as I would prefer.On the other hand, it is durable. It's large, my husband loves carrying it, and the patches on it are a neat and cute idea. Oh yeah, and the drink holder keeps water bottles cool ( not cold) and the ice in drinks will melt but won't get hot in the car.
