I was hoping for more instructions and direction beyond "Take 1 vial per day, preferably in the morning." as this was my first time trying these. As it did not mention to take with anything, I presumed it was neat. The vials themselves are black and nothing on them, as to how to open them. So, I have cut open the end to access the contents. The taste is interesting and not too bad and the quantity in each vial seems adequate. A good way to start the day.

I've bought a few times of this product but 2 times I have found an empty vial which is very disappointing. I didn't see much difference in terms of energy to be honest.
