I have owned 3 robot vacuums and this is the first with lidar. I can never go back now. Suction is amazing, the app works great. You can create rooms once it has had a journey around your house to create the full map. You can set no go areas for wires and stuff it can get tangled in.Unlikes ones without lidar, it will go straight to the room and back to charge without bumping into anything. It’s really fast too.You can schedule cleaning to individual rooms or the whole house. You can select suction strengths for each room too.The vac has great sensors and will update the map as it travels so objects placed will be ‘seen’ and cleaned around.For those wanting a mopping vacuum though, this is not the bot for you. There is not enough weight to scrub. It will simply wipe which is great for hard floors when getting dust but won’t scrub up dirt. You cannot put anything in the reservoir but water. No cleaning products.However you can programme to turn the mop function on and off for different rooms and the same with the vacuum. So you can tell it to use the mop with no vacuum on a hard floor or both. Clever.All in all the best robot vacuum I have owned and a great price. I have two cats and it gets deep down into the carpet and drags the hairs out.

I bought this for my mum who has motibility issues to help, after just over a month it stopped working, she gave it to me as she said " it's making a weird noise and won't move", I've bought it home to test it and it just sits in its docking system and doesn't move, when I tell it to Dock it goes straight away with no issues, for the money its not worth it, sadly can't return it, so I'm stuck with it.

So many years ago i had a cheaper robot vacuum and it would constantly get lost of stuck. This one however is on another level. For the price point I couldn't quite believe it has lidar! And after reading some reviews I came to the conclusion that its not worth getting unless its got lidar! So that led me to go for the ezviz! What can i say its been amazing when it first runs it will create a map of your home using its lidar which is very fun to watch happen on the app. After that it will begin cleaning and you can easily schedule and customize the clean in the app. It picks up really well and i'm actually surprised by the mopping function! having a long haired dog this thing has really been a game changer. I have it scheduled to run everyday and the amount of hair it picks up is crazy. The only thing I have done is converted the bags that go into the dock to be reusable by printing a clip with my 3d printer making the bags reusable. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get a robot vacuum.

This Hoover is amazing. It cleans my house every morning and evening set on the timer. It is easy to connect to Alexa, which means I can voice control it. The app works really well and once it has mapped your house you can configure it how you want to clean where and when you want. The only downside I have noticed is it tells you to change the bag before it needs to and sometimes it leaves a little bit of dust on one of my rugs on my hard floors but I would definitely recommend.

We wasn’t sure whether this would be for us, but we thought we’d give it a try.. and so glad we did! Looked at more expensive vacuums, and finally decided on the EZVIZ, based on reviews, best decision we made! There have been no problems with this, even setting it up I found easy, even though not technically minded, it performs fantastic, great suction, and so far has been issue free, I didn’t realise I had so much dust on my floors! We set it for 12am every night, it does its job, we never hear it, and we get up to clean floors in the morning, so glad we bought this one, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed! And the mapping shows you exactly where it’s been. Really pleased. 😀

I have only had the cleaner a few days and so far it seems to work well, but will see how it works over the long term.Issues I see so far.1. You cannot set the hoover to hoover first, then go back and mop only. The current setup means the mop picks up all the dust and hair before the hoover. The mop function is not really functional in this setup.2. Once a floor is mapped, and you add a no go zone for example, you cannot delete or change these no go zones, you have to remap the entire floor.3. You cannot hoover a 2nd floor without taking the docking station to that floor. Would be much better if you could map the 2nd floor using the docking station, then in future just carry the hoover on its own and tell it to hoover that floor.

I recently bought this robot vacuum cleaner, and I’m thoroughly disappointed. It caused significant damage to both my carpet and wooden floors. Instead of making my life easier, it left scratches and marks all over, especially on the wood.The cleaning quality is subpar, missing a lot of dust and debris, so I end up manually vacuuming after it runs. As for the mopping function—avoid it at all costs unless you have PVC flooring. Using it on my wood floors was a nightmare. It left streaks and sticky patches that were hard to clean up afterward. Absolutely not worth it. I expected much better performance from this product. Wouldn’t recommend it.
