Beware if you have high blood pressure
There is nothing wrong with the drink. I suffer with high blood pressure and it was only after I had half of one that I realised it is not a good mix as it raised my blood pressure. It may not be the same for everyone. I am talking about my own experience.At the end of the day I should have researched better.I gave rest of the pack to my sister as she does a lot of exercises and does not suffer from high blood pressure.

Unpleasant tasting Hydrate drink
I have used many of Better You's products for many years. I've always been impressed by the high quality of their products and the obvious thought that has gone into them. However, the Hydrate drink is not very pleasant tasting and I will not be purchasing it again.
