Smart lock Yale
Love it, no need to unlock it if you are on the inside, just open and close behind you and it stays locked

Elegant lock, but has some production quality issues
This is one of the more expensive residential grade locks. When I got the new lock from Amazon, the lever was defective. Yale came to the rescue right away and sent in a warranty replacement. You have to provide a video and proof of purchase. 2 weeks later, I go the working one installed.Fast forward 6 months, the keypad or something with the lock decided to not work. The check box key doesn't want to accept a command. Given it is under warranty, I went through the process again. I just hope this was a one-off because it is an expensive lock to use for one year, then not have any more replacement support. I expect it to be used for many years like their other locks. My entire house is full of Yale locks and the others generally don't have problems other than old design and slightly imperfect with battery usage if deadbolt is in unknown state due to the door not closing properly. They keypards were very reliable otherwise.

Z wave lever lock that works with ring
I tried kwikset lever lock but that doesn’t work with ring modes. This one does. Making the lever latch on is bit difficult. You need to turn the key few times to make that spring move

Subpar Build Quality and Z-Wave Smart Features Didn't Work
Overall, this lock isn't bad; I just seem to have received one with a faulty smart feature module (the component that allows the lock to connect to a z-wave hub). After troubleshooting it for around an hour, I made no progress in getting it to connect. And that is saying something, considering that I do IT for a living. I also found the lever feels sort of cheap and not super sturdy. It does the job; I just prefer products with a quality feel and build. I ended up sending it back and replacing it with a Schlage FE789WBCEN622LAT WiFi touchpad lever. It's priced a little higher, but in my opinion, it's well worth it if you have the extra cash to spend. The overall quality and ease of assembly were great, so I'll be purchasing Schlage locks going forward.
