Great starter kit
Very good starter kit for anyone who is looking to get into sourdough. I don't use the brown brush, but everything else is great.

This sourdough kit was the perfect item to start my sourdough journey. It has everything you need and is a great value for your money. I highly recommend! It has helped me perfect my loaf.

Mostly good set just know the cleaning brush+lame are trash
The cleaning brush went straight into the garbage because it was just crumbling an abnormal amount of fibers everywhere & all over the insides of the package, so everything had to be cleaned before I could even asses similar to when something is so old you just touch it and it disintegrates, I definitely couldn’t see trying to use it to clean the banneton. The knife was used once then I broke it and threw it out too. I kind of assumed this would be the case from other reviews but the rest of the stuff is great so still a good value to me
