This particular pillow arrived at my address so well packaged and undamaged, and in good time...According to the brief instructions,before use, it has to be placed flat on the bed for around 48 hours to help rid of any creases that possibly lingers...I sent away for this after many months of getting out of bed every morning with a sore and stiff neck...after buying other pillows to replace...which didn't get rid of the problem...until this one which I've been using everynight since, and discomfort free as well...I would recommend this special pillow to most who like a comfortable good nights sleep...With me, I also have an added soft pillow underneath for extra comfort and support...

This pillow has helped me with a stiff neck.It has improved my quality of sleep.I wake with a less painful neck.

I’ve had the same memory foam pillow for years as I can’t find another that’s as comfortable - and I’ve tried! I needed another for my caravan as I just couldn’t get a decent sleep. Read the reviews and bought this - it’s perfect. Yes it’s firm but not in a solid as a rock way and it’s curved so your neck is properly supported. One side is higher than the other to accommodate for different preferences and being small I go for the smaller side. It’s a definite winner for me

I hate buying a pillow but my neck and shoulders were suffering so bad I was miserable. I like a contour pillow. What I liked about this one was its a normal Size. So it came vacuum packed. I let it inflate for about 6 hrs. Went to bed praying I would get a better night (plus no snoring) and yes I did. No snoring so I was told. No neck and shoulder pain. What more can I ask for. If it is still comfortable after a month or so I will purchase a back up one. Its been weeks since I reviewed this pillow and I'm still finding it comfortable it has softened a little. I'm still sleeping till 4am every night which is a bonus. I've been told I'm not snoring and the pain in my shoulder is almost gone. After a few months I've noticed it's become to soft.

This is a good quality foam pillow which comes in a vacuum box.Its size is like a standard pillow size and fits perfectly in my Marks Spencer standard size pillow cases. Material quality is satisfying and comfortable on my neck. I started using this a week ago and cannot fault it until now. It is soft enough to me (not extremely soft) and gets the shape easily. The only issue was the initial smell, but it disappeared after 1 day airing.Note that this is a Vine review for the item sent for free to review. Please do your own research and judgement on the price but it looks overpriced to me with its current price tag which is £38.99

It is a lovely soft material but unfortunately for me did not relieve my neck discomfort.

I wanted to wait until I left a review for this pillow.Definitely buy it if you have neck pain.For 3 months I had horrible pain in my neck, I'm a side sleeper and I looked through a bunch of different pillows on amazon and 100% recommend this one. I usually sleep with 3 pillows under my head so I was worried about the size and support but it's fantastic and I get a good night sleep every night.
