Fantastic
I used this along with another kit to extend it into a rectangle. Pressure treated 4x4 lumber from big box stores slides right in with a snug fit. A helper is definitely needed for installation. Looks great and looks to be of good quality. Comes with screws and anchors.

Do not recommend
Highly disappointed in the quality of this product. I bought this product because I wanted to build a pergola. A month later the 2 bases are already breaking. What a waste of money.

Not true to size for 4x4s
I had to force the 4x4s into the supposedly 4x4 sized inserts. It damaged my brackets and now that the 4x4s are in after bring force in there is damage to the brackets and the look is not what I wanted. But I’m stuck now due to there is no way to get the 4x4s out.
