As of now, our Darcy Dog has had the collar on for 3 days with no adverse problems, no fleas/ticks found, and the price is fantastic...only downside is that it doesn't say exactly what ingredients are within the collar...there was supposed to be a paper inside the box describing the ingredients, but there wasn't any in mine...However, at this time, I would recommend trying it for yourself.

I really wanted to try these and I ordered them but I have a very large dog with a very large du lap I think it's called. He's a lab/pit mix and has an extremely large neck and hanging skin on his neck.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Absolutely terrible product. My dog has been wearing these collars since March. Every other day I’m pulling ticks out of her skin. The collar has never gotten wet or been in the rain as my dog absolutely hates the water so it’s not because of that. We’re currently on our second collar because I thought maybe the first one was just a dud. So I doubled up the collars for two weeks. Still has ticks embedded every other day. Even on her neck UNDERNEATH THE TICKET COLLAR!!!!! I was looking for a more economical collar than seresto brand but this is not it. I have spent more money between these collars and flea and tick shampoo to get the super tiny baby ticks than I would have if I had just bought the seresto collar that actually works. DO NOT WAIST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS JUNK!!!! Your babies will still end up covered in ticks. One day I pulled 7 ticks embedded in her from underneath these stupid collars. I will say this. The only positive thing. If the threat of rocks isn’t a concern I’ve not yet seen one single flea on my Lola bear. So there’s that. My problem in my area where i live is fleas, it doesn't smell, doesn't cause skin irritation and my husky and a boxer and my chihuahua mix have no fleas. They've been wearing this collar since the first week of March. And its May right now. Thank you Viscom. I'm hoping to see how much longer it'll work for.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Within 1 day of putting on my animals, there was no more itching. These are waterproof too! There is no irritation to my animals necks. I use them for 3 months and then switch to a new one.I would recommend these to all pet owners.

I bought and applied these collars on my dogs before flea and tick season began. Therefore they should have been working by the time ticks came out. My 6 month reapplication does come up until July or August. They seem to work for fleas but DOESN'T work for ticks at all.
