Ok bit kit

I purchased these to help stretch muscles in my feet and to get air around my toes to ease athletes foot.They are soft and comfortable, I wore them for an hour, could feel the muscles and tendons stretching. Wasn't painful just slightly aware. I could also feel air around and under my toes. When I clean them I'll use silicone friendly cleaner as soaps will degrade the silicone. 4stars as I got them today so can't comment on long lasting, how comfortable they'll stay etc. So far so good.

Comfortable and easy to use and clean.

Although I have wide feet, I only take a ladies 5/5.5 UK depending on the style of shoe. These are supposed to be one size fits all. I seriously doubt it.It took a fair bit of effort to get them on straight without getting them all twisted around my toes, which would obviously affect the fit.Once they were on correctly it took about 5 minutes before my toes felt frozen. As the minutes ticked by the cold crept slowly until it affected all of both feet.I'd seen on some reviews that they can be uncomfortable to begin with, so I stuck with it.By the time an hour had passed the feeling of cold was so intense I was in excruciating pain and had to take them off.Despite my feet feeling so terribly cold, they were actually normal temperature, even warm, to the touch.That was several weeks ago now - my feet are still icy and incredibly painful.So rather than solving a problem these things have caused a worse condition.Apparently they've caused significant nerve damage.These may work for you, but be warned, if you feel similar discomfort in the first few minutes of wearing them - take them off!!
