A good, solid and safe machine.
I have had several rollators. I like this one because it is stable and it has relatively large wheels. The front wheel is 10". This makes it easier to roll over rough surfaces. Because of the large front wheel and the thick tires, it is less likely to get caught in a rut and cause the rollator to tip over. This is a serious problem with 3-wheeled rollators. Also, the unit rolls very smoothly, evidence that they used good-quality bearings. The machine is very sturdy. I have flown this as checked baggage and it comes through unscathed. The downside of this device is its weight, about 18 pounds. If you are old and have problems with stability, loading this into a car can be challenging. (I am 91 years old and I have serious stability issues.) Nonetheless, I can load it into the trunk or the rear seat of my car, albeit with difficulty. I am careful to brace myself against the car before trying to lift it into place. I recently purchased a carbon fibre 4-wheel unit that I use for longer treks. Although this unit is easier to lift (it weighs 11 pounds), it is larger and presents other problems when trying to lift it into a car.Another problem has to do with the brake mechanism. When you release the brake, the forward edge of the handle can severely pinch the flesh on your index finger. Over the past several days on a trip, I developed two blood blisters on my index fingers. The brakes are very effective.

Turns on a dime and get into small spaces.
This three wheeler transport is the best buy I've found so far. My kitchen is small and narrow but this transport item gets me everywhere I need to go. Easy fold and only needs a small space for on the go travel.

My grandmother's first walker; now she uses it 24/7.
My grandmother has been the pinnacle of health for as long as I can remember. At 86, she's better off than many 60 year olds. Unfortunately, earlier this year she tripped and had a small fracture in her hip.She demanded I not purchase anything like this, but while she was healing she could not get around at all - I had to put office chairs in every room, help her to them, and push her around. They wouldn't fit through doorways, so to change rooms she'd have to go from one chair to another which was very painful. I ended up ignoring her and buying this.It took some convincing, but eventually she caved. Now, almost a year later, she's completely healed but still uses this all day around the house. The build quality isn't the absolute best in the world, but it's quality and I have no worries about it not supporting her or falling apart. The bag is low quality but is good enough to toss stuff in - the cupholder is a joke and I'll probably 3D print a replacement.I would highly suggest showing whoever relies on this the three main "screw" points on the unit. The one for the front wheel is most important, and there are two or three others. These are large and hand tightened, but can slowly loosen bit by bit over time - you really want to ensure they make a habit of checking them once a week or so and just hand tightening them if needed - it doesn't have to be crazy, just enough to be snug.My (well, my grandma's) only complaint is there is no way to set the brakes. They are mountain bike style lever brakes, one on each handle for each rear wheel, but the brake is only active as you're squeezing; it would have been nice to have some sort of lever to hold the brakes in place when you aren't squeezing them, because if you aren't on level ground the entire thing *will* roll away from you when not in use. I will most likely 3D print a small mechanism to lock one of the brake levers in place, as well.At the end of the day this absolutely did the job required of it and I expect it to last many years. It's of acceptable quality and sturdiness. Buying one of these for a family member is a big deal - they rely on it and can be seriously hurt if it malfunctions, so you need to make sure it's solid; I don't worry about it at all with this unit.

Excellent quality and value!
I purchased this for my sister, who lives in a very small apartment. It's a perfect size and very easy for her to use. It's sturdy and she feels safe using it.

Great mobility aid
Easy to put together. Easy to use. Light weight enough for me to get in and out of the car. Sturdy. Fits in the trunk of my gmc terrain with a little room for other stuff. Easy to maneuver.

Back brake keeps getting stuck
I really like the storage and mobility but the biggest issue I face is when I unlock the wheels, the back brakes on the right side get stuck and rub the tire. Seeing as though I have to lock the breaks upwards of 10-15 times per day, it can be taxing to keep having to stop and manually unwedge the break. The breaking system looks similar to that of a bicycle, so it would be helpful if there was some instructions on how to adjust them properly. Other than that, I like everything else
