Good buy
Well made, very sturdy and and just what I wanted.The dish slides into the collar so I was able to (carefully) clip the collar around the riser and then slide the dish into it without dismantling the riser rail. it comes with two different size collars.

Solid construction.
I purchased this product to replace an old similar tray. This tray is much stronger than the old tray although they are both plastic. The tray arrived with only 1 clip which was the wrong size and wouldn't fit my shower rail. I phoned the firms customer service and they said it should have 2 clips of different sizes the 1 I needed was missing on arrival. They were excellent. They sent me a new tray with the 2 clips by the next day which I fitted with ease. I would recommend them for their customer service alone.

Fits and had two 'brackets'
Soap dish had broken off. This came with ' bracket' piece in two sizes I used the smaller one. Bit tricky to fix the bracket round shower pole but after pushing it firmly managed. May seem ratherexpensive but I have seen it elsewhere costing way more and at least I know it is the same make as the shower and previous tray. Glad I bought this.

Good product
Bought as a replacement for a 7 year old tray that fell apart. Surprisingly easy to fit, and looks the part - better than using stick-to-the-shower-wall (suction cup) wire trays, which inevitable crash to the ground after a couple of weeks or so.

Hold soap
Easily broken if whacked too many times while showering, so need replacing every few years. Reasonably cheap and easy to fit.

Expensive and easily broken
Bought this as a direct replacement for the dish that came with our Grohe shower, which it is. However this is very expensive for something that breaks so easily. We have now broken 3 of these, it is always the clip that goes round the rail - I don't suppose Grohe cover elbow bangs in their 5 year warranty, even if I could find how to contact them - however this is all to easy to do! Unfortunately Grohe don't seem to sell the clips separately either. There must be something better/cheaper...
